ITCND serves as the voice for the state’s IT industry through its work to educate legislators and key local, state and federal decision makers about information technology-related issues in the areas of workforce development, technology education, capital formation, Internet governance, electronic and computer information transactions, taxation, broadband availability and affordability, and IT procurement opportunities.
2017 Legislative Session
The 2017 Legislative Assembly convened Jan. 3. ITCND is monitoring technology-related legislation throughout the session. Positions on issues will be based on ITCND’s 2017 Legislative Agenda.
