ITCND membership provides a valuable link to a premier industry voice that promotes the use, growth and development of information technology in North Dakota through the following:

Communication to members, industry stakeholders and decision makers through a newsletter, TECHWIRE, and the ITCND website www.itcnd.org.

Programs and Activities to advance its goals and mission and to stimulate knowledge-sharing and networking, ITCND hosts an annual meeting, IT Education Conference, IT Awards Program and Camp Cyber Prairie, a technology camp for grades 4-12. ITCND also organizes task forces and special committees to address specific issues such as entrepreneurship and capital, workforce development, public policy, business climate, infrastructure and innovation.

Advocacy and Lobbying to educate legislators and key local, state and federal decision makers about information technology related issues. ITCND's public policy activities have been effective in representing the collective opinion of its members on federal, state and local IT issues including incentives for companies who expand into the IT field, venture capital formation, educational partnerships, and the creation of technology centers.
